After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, hypotension, oedema peripheral. Aldactazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, GLUCOVANCE, ALPRAZOLAM, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ZOLOFT, PREVACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
