Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Aldactazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, hypotension, oedema peripheral. Aldactazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, GLUCOVANCE, ALPRAZOLAM, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ZOLOFT, PREVACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adenocarcinoma pancreas, back pain , blood pressure increased, confusional state, haemoglobin increased, hypochloraemia, hypoglycaemia, hyponatraemia, malignant neoplasm progression. Aldactazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE, METFORMIN, GLIQUIDONE, INSULIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, NSAID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
