Aldactazide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from SPAIN on Mar 26, 2007. Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac failure, ischaemic cardiomyopathy and was treated with Aldactazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, malaise, muscle spasms, renal failure acute. Aldactazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SEGURIL, ACOVIL, CORDIPLAST, TROMALYT, LOSEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
