Albumin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on Jan 15, 2007. Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with pleural effusion and was treated with Albumin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, cardio-respiratory arrest, haemoptysis, hypertension, oliguria, shock, transfusion-related acute lung injury. Albumin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RED BLOOD CELLS, LASIX. Patient died on 10/28/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, chills, coma, headache , hypertension, malaise. Albumin dosage: unknown. Patient died.
