Albendazole side effect was reported by a Health Professional from NEPAL on Apr 16, 2008. Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with filariasis lymphatic, gastritis and was treated with Albendazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, dehydration, depressed level of consciousness, gastritis, nausea , somnolence. Albendazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIETHYLCARBAMAZINE CITRATE, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
