Albendazole side effect was reported by a Health Professional from NEPAL on Apr 16, 2008. Female patient, child 5 years of age, was diagnosed with filariasis lymphatic and was treated with Albendazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, dyskinesia, encephalitis , loss of consciousness, oedema, status epilepticus. Albendazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIETHYLCARBAMAZINE CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/26/2007.
