Akineton side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Oct 17, 2006. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with depression , dementia  and was treated with Akineton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, cerebral atrophy, cognitive disorder, delirium, disturbance in attention, memory impairment. Akineton dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIAZEPAM, TRIHEXYPHENIDYL, PROMETHAZINE, DONEPEZIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
