Akarin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 28, 2005. Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with anxiety , depression  and was treated with Akarin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, injury asphyxiation, treatment noncompliance. Akarin dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with VANDRAL. Patient died on 08/29/2004.
