Agrylin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 18, 2005. Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombocythaemia and was treated with Agrylin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, contusion, leukaemia, oedema peripheral, platelet count increased, transient ischaemic attack. Agrylin dosage: 0.5 MG, 4X/DAY; QID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, EFFEXOR, PLAVIX, LOPRESSOR, SYNTHROID, IBUPROFEN, PROTONIX, DITROPAN. Patient recovered.

Agrylin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from CANADA on Aug 07, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with thrombocythaemia and was treated with Agrylin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fungal infection , hyperglycaemia, oedema peripheral, opportunistic infection, pneumocystis jiroveci infection, pneumonia aspiration, pneumonitis. Agrylin dosage: 0.5 MG, 3X/DAY:TID; 0.5 MG, 3X/DAY:TID. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYUREA, CLOPIDOGREL, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, RAMIPRIL, SIMVASTATIN. Patient died.
