Agrylin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 31, 2005. Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with polycythaemia vera and was treated with Agrylin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardiac fibrillation, platelet count increased, therapeutic response decreased. Agrylin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC, CARDIZEM, ASPIRIN, ALLOPURINOL, SOTALOL, LASIX, LISINOPRIL, DULCOLAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute leukaemia, anaemia. Agrylin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYUREA, INTERFERON. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, cardiac failure congestive, diabetic nephropathy, renal failure. Agrylin dosage: 0.5 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, HYDREA, GLEEVEC. Patient recovered.
