Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with transient ischaemic attack and was treated with Aggrenox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, nausea , nephritis interstitial, oedema peripheral, renal failure acute. Aggrenox dosage: ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID 25 MG / DIPYRIDAMOLE 200 MG. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, DILTIAZEM, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
