Male patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial ischaemia and was treated with Aggrastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, akinesia, cardiac failure, cardiac tamponade, cardiogenic shock, ejection fraction decreased, international normalised ratio decreased, platelet count decreased, post procedural haemorrhage. Aggrastat dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPINEPHRINE, LEVOSIMENDAN. Patient recovered.
