Aggrastat Side Effects Report #5245575-8
Aggrastat side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Feb 12, 2007. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Aggrastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriosclerosis, bronchitis chronic, coagulation time prolonged, condition aggravated, coronary artery disease , haematoma, haemoptysis, hearing impaired, hyperlipidaemia. Aggrastat dosage: (14 ML, 13 ML). During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, SIMVASTATIN, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, CLEXANE, ASPIRIN, IMERON, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, cerebral ischaemia, disease progression, haemoptysis, renal failure. Aggrastat dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, ASPIRIN, INSULIN, HEPARIN LMW, BURINEX, ZOCOR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/29/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cerebral haemorrhage, haemoptysis. Aggrastat dosage: (18 ML (18 ML X 1) INTRAVENOUS BOLUS), (211.5 ML (211.5 ML FOR 24 HOURS) INTRAVENOUS DRIP). During the same period patient was treated with ALBYL, PLAVIX, KLEXANE. Patient died on 12/31/2006.
