Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Aggrastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, thrombocytopenia. Aggrastat dosage: 250 ML QD. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, RAMIPRIL, PRAVASTATIN. Patient recovered.
