Aflibercept side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 11, 2009. Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with lung neoplasm malignant, hypertension, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, insomnia, cough and was treated with Aflibercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cyanosis, dyspnoea, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, necrosis of bronchioli, pyrexia, respiratory distress, white blood cell count increased. Aflibercept dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXEL, CISPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL, RENITEC, SOLUPRED, OMEPRAZOLE, XANAX, CIFLOX. Patient died on 01/26/2009.

Aflibercept side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Jan 21, 2008. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, prophylaxis and was treated with Aflibercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, dyspnoea, hypertension, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism, renal failure acute. Aflibercept dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAXOTERE, CISPLATYL, ZYLORIC, ENDOTELON, VASTAREL, LEVOTHYROX, OMEPRAZOLE, GAVISCON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
