Aflibercept side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 15, 2008. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 225.1 lb, was diagnosed with pseudomyxoma peritonei, gastric disorder and was treated with Aflibercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anaemia, arteriosclerosis, blood pressure increased, blood urea increased, bradycardia, cardio-respiratory arrest, hydrocele, mallory-weiss syndrome. Aflibercept dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXEL, CISPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL, NEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/07/2007.
