Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with high density lipoprotein decreased, low density lipoprotein increased and was treated with Advicor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, arthralgia, difficulty in walking, inadequate analgesia, joint swelling, oedema peripheral.
