Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with bronchitis  and was treated with Advair. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, back pain , muscle spasms, myalgia, nausea , oropharyngeal pain, pneumonia , pruritus. Advair dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMBIEN, PHENERGAN, PRAVASTATIN, PREVACID, HYDROCODONE, TEMAZEPAM, DIAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
