Advaferon side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 17, 2005. Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis c  and was treated with Advaferon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , immunodeficiency, neutrophil count decreased, peritonsillitis, prostate cancer , white blood cell count decreased. Advaferon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIBAVIRIN, DIFLUCORTOLONE VALERATE, KETOCONAZOLE, HEPARINOID, FAMOTIDINE, DICLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
