Adriamycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Sept 13, 2004. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 240.0 lb, was diagnosed with lymphoma  and was treated with Adriamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pleural effusion, pyrexia, white blood cell count decreased. Adriamycin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 64 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic, metastases to bone and was treated with Adriamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy , lung disorder, obstructive airways disorder, pleural effusion, restrictive pulmonary disease. Adriamycin dosage: 355 MG/M2 TOTAL IV. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIAMYCIN PFS, CYTOXAN, TAXOTERE, GEMCITABINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
