Adriamycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on May 11, 2007. Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Adriamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: febrile neutropenia, pancytopenia. Adriamycin dosage: INITIAL DOSE 100 MG IV; LAST DOSE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
