Adriamycin Side Effects Report #4607422-4
Adriamycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 24, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Adriamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, cardiac failure acute, immunodeficiency, interstitial lung disease, opportunistic infection. Adriamycin dosage: 12 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient died on 01/17/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: interstitial lung disease, lymphocyte stimulation test positive. Adriamycin dosage: DAILY DOSE:40MG. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIAMYCIN PFS, ADRIAMYCIN PFS, RITUXAN, ENDOXAN. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
