Adriamycin Side Effects Report #5229743-7
Adriamycin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Dec 01, 2006. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with primary effusion lymphoma and was treated with Adriamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, hepatic encephalopathy, hyperglycaemia, liver function test abnormal, neutropenia, septic shock, thrombocytopenia. Adriamycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISONE, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
