Adriacin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 13, 2005. Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with t-cell lymphoma and was treated with Adriacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myeloid leukaemia, anaemia, bone marrow depression, central nervous system lymphoma, cerebellar tumour, cerebral haemorrhage, gingival bleeding, haemorrhagic diathesis, myelodysplastic syndrome. Adriacin dosage: 400 MG CUMULATIVE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, CISPLATIN, CARBOPLATIN, PREDNISOLONE, VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, MITOXANTRONE, CYTARABINE. Patient died on 03/01/2002.
