Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with eye irrigation, postoperative care, cataract operation, preoperative care, anaesthesia and was treated with Adrenaline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxic anterior segment syndrome. Adrenaline dosage: 0.3 ML, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with BETAMETHASONE, CHLORAMPHENICOL, POVIDONE IODINE, CYCLOPENTOLATE, HYALURONIC ACID, LIDOCAINE, NEOMYCIN, OCUFEN. Patient recovered.
