Adipex side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 13, 2005. Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 155.0 lb, was diagnosed with weight control  and was treated with Adipex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Adipex dosage: 37.5 MG ONCE DAILY ORAL. Patient recovered.

Adipex side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 02, 2005. Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 198.6 lb, was diagnosed with somnolence and was treated with Adipex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cerebrovascular accident, ejection fraction decreased, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure. Adipex dosage: unknown. Patient died on 10/29/2005.
