Adenosine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 07, 2006. Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with diagnostic procedure, hepatitis c What is  hepatitis c and was treated with Adenosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block, blood pressure increased, dilatation atrial, heart valve insufficiency, renal failure, sinus arrest, streptococcal bacteraemia. Adenosine dosage: 140 MG/KG/MM INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS, RIBAVIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, ACTIGALL, NEORAL, PROTONIX, PIPERACILLIN, TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Adenosine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 12, 2005. Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac stress test and was treated with Adenosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, agitation, anxiety What is  anxiety, blood pressure increased, body temperature increased, cardiac failure congestive, confusional state, haemoptysis, neurological symptom. Adenosine dosage: 5 MILLIGRAM INTRAVENOUS BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with ADENOSCAN, OXYCONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
