Adenosine Side Effects Report #4978073-7
Adenosine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 07, 2006. Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with diagnostic procedure, hepatitis c  and was treated with Adenosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , atrioventricular block, blood pressure increased, dilatation atrial, heart valve insufficiency, renal failure, sinus arrest, streptococcal bacteraemia. Adenosine dosage: 140 MG/KG/MM INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS, RIBAVIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, ACTIGALL, NEORAL, PROTONIX, PIPERACILLIN, TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , atrioventricular block, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure diastolic increased, dilatation atrial, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, heart valve insufficiency, infusion related reaction. Adenosine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INTERFERONECTABLE, RIBAVIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID, CYCLOSPORINE, PANTOPRAZOLE, PIPERACILLIN, TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block, bradycardia, infusion related reaction, respiratory distress, wheezing. Adenosine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/25/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial flutter, atrioventricular block, cardiac arrest , ventricular tachycardia. Adenosine dosage: 6 MG; IV. Patient recovered.
