Adefovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 31, 2005. Male patient, 30 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b What is  hepatitis b and was treated with Adefovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, blood creatinine increased, blood potassium decreased, blood sodium increased, blood urea increased, creatinine renal clearance decreased, disease progression, hepatic atrophy, hepatic cirrhosis. Adefovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL, ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL, ZEFFIX. Patient died on 04/14/2005.

Adefovir dosage: 10MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ZEFIX, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE, INTERFERON, GLYCYRRHIZIN, URSO. Patient died on 04/14/2004.
