Adefovir side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Feb 15, 2006. Male patient, 44 years of age, weighting 137.8 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b What is  hepatitis b and was treated with Adefovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, diarrhoea, fatigue, influenza, myalgia, myoglobin blood increased, sensation of heaviness. Adefovir dosage: 10 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, IBUPROFEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, fatigue, feeling abnormal, myalgia, sensation of heaviness. Adefovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, IBUPROFEN. Patient recovered.
