Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, renal failure chronic and was treated with Adalat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , bronchitis , cardiac failure congestive, pneumonia , renal failure acute. Adalat dosage: 20 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with SEPAZON, ALLOPURINOL, LASIX, DESFERAL, PURSENNID, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE. Patient died on 02/18/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, brain natriuretic peptide increased, cardiac failure congestive, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, pleural effusion, pulmonary congestion. Adalat dosage: 40 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, LASIX, CARDENALIN, PENFILL R, AMLODIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
