Adagen side effect was reported by a Physician from COLOMBIA on Feb 13, 2008. Male patient, child 4 years of age, was diagnosed with combined immunodeficiency and was treated with Adagen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, cholangitis sclerosing, diarrhoea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, liver function test abnormal, transaminases increased.
