Adagen side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on June 29, 2007. Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with combined immunodeficiency and was treated with Adagen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, bacterial infection , blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, burkitt's lymphoma, cytomegalovirus infection , disease recurrence, gait disturbance, herpes simplex , herpes zoster. Adagen dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: burkitt's lymphoma, central nervous system lymphoma. Adagen dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Adagen side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 24, 2006. Male patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 79.37 lb, was diagnosed with combined immunodeficiency and was treated with Adagen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, b-cell lymphoma, brain abscess, burkitt's lymphoma, central nervous system lymphoma, decreased appetite, facial palsy, gaze palsy. Adagen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADDERALL, CLARINEX, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE, TRIMETHOPRIM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 02/22/2005.
