Male patient, 16 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with surgery , prophylaxis and was treated with Acyclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, flushing, nausea , pyrexia, tremor. Acyclovir dosage: 570 MG Q8HOURS IV. During the same period patient was treated with ZOFRAN. Patient recovered.
