Acyclovir side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 03, 2006. Female patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, lung transplant  and was treated with Acyclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, lung infiltration, oral intake reduced, pain , pneumonia respiratory syncytial viral, pneumothorax, procedural pain, respiratory disorder. Acyclovir dosage: 800MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, PROGRAF, CELLCEPT, PREDNISOLONE, AZITHROMYCIN, ASCORBIC ACID, ASPIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
