After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, confusional state, delirium, dizziness , encephalitis herpes, epilepsy , hallucination, headache , nausea . Acyclovir dosage: 800 MG; ORAL, 200 MG; ORAL; DAILY, 200 MG; DAILY, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Acyclovir dosage: 3 X 10 MG/KG/D IV. During the same period patient was treated with BUSULFAN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYCLOSPORINE, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
