After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, foetal distress syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, multi-organ failure, sepsis . Actrapidpenfill dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INSULATARDPENFILL. Patient died.
