Actrapid Side Effects Report #5664047-X
Actrapid side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 08, 2008. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus, insulin-requiring type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Actrapid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , glycosylated haemoglobin increased, hypoglycaemia, malaise, mitochondrial cytopathy, muscle spasms, renal failure. Actrapid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INSULATARD FLEXPEN, INSULATARD FLEXPEN, DETENSIEL, TOPALGIC, DAFALGAN, KARDEGIC, COVERSYL, INNOHEP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
