Actrapid Side Effects Report #5795865-5
Actrapid side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 17, 2008. Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Actrapid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral ischaemia, coma, depressed level of consciousness, head injury, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, respiratory failure. Actrapid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIXTARD, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, ZYLORIC, MOPRAL, PREVISCAN, LASIX, OROCAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/09/2008.
