After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , headache , injection site erythema, injection site induration, vasculitis . Actrapid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROTAPHANE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with HEMOHES, DOBUTAMIN, NOREPINEPHRINE, FUROSEMID, INTRAFUSIN, INTRALIPID, RANITIDIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/02/2004.
