Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 240.0 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Actoplus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: muscular weakness, myopathy, pain in extremity, paraesthesia, pruritus, rash What is  rash. Actoplus dosage: 15 MG/850 MG BID, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, FOSAMAX, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, ASPIRIN, VITAMIN D, DETROL LA. Patient recovered.
