After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: venous thrombosis. Activella dosage: 1.0 MG/0.5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with VAGIFEM, FEMHRT, PREMPRO, CENESTIN, PROMETRIUM, SYNTHROID, ACYCLOVIR. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, injury, thrombosis, venous occlusion, venous thrombosis. Activella dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREMPRO, PREMPHASE, PROVERA, ASPIRIN, COUMADIN, PROTONIX, LORTAB. Patient recovered.
