After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , bezoar, intestinal obstruction, nausea , overdose, somnolence, suicide attempt, urinary tract infection . Activated dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAMAZEPINE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with agitation, pain  and was treated with Activated. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, bezoar, pain , small intestinal obstruction. Activated dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTLINE, MORPHINE, PHENYTOIN, DIAZEPAM, LIDOCAINE, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
