Activase side effect was reported by a Physician from COLOMBIA on July 22, 2008. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: respiratory failure. Activase dosage: 10 MG, UNK. Patient died on 07/20/2008.
