Activase Side Effects Report #4921161-1
Activase side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRIA on Feb 09, 2006. Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac tamponade, cardiogenic shock, depressed level of consciousness. Activase dosage: 39 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, DIGITOXIN, DICLOFENAC, RISEDRONATE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic aneurysm , aortic thrombosis, cerebral haemorrhage, depressed level of consciousness, ischaemic stroke, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischaemia, peripheral ischaemia. Activase dosage: 65 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CARDIOSPIRINE. Patient died on 12/31/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, hyponatraemia, malaise. Activase dosage: 39 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, RADICUT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
