Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral infarction. Activase dosage: 8 MG ONE TIME IV PUSH; 69 MG ONE TIME IV INFUSION. Patient recovered.
