Activase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 11, 2008. Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: basal ganglia haemorrhage, cardiac arrest , cerebrovascular accident, intraventricular haemorrhage. Activase dosage: 6 MG ONETIME IV BOLUS; 54 MG ONETIME IV DRIP. Patient died on 06/10/2008.
