Activase Side Effects Report #5693153-9
Activase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 02, 2008. Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 120.2 lb, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, angioedema, atelectasis, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, blood pressure decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, cognitive disorder. Activase dosage: 49MG -10% BOLUS, 90% OVER 60M- ONCE IV. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 01/19/2008.

Activase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, ALTAT, AMPICILLIN, MEROPEN, VITAMEDIN, LENOGRASTIM. Patient recovered.
