Activase Side Effects Report #5165801-3
Activase side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Nov 16, 2006. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic dissection, back pain , chest pain , shock. Activase dosage: 36.2 MG, SINGLE INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE. Patient died.

Activase dosage: 18.5 ML, SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with OMNIPAQUE. Patient died on 04/06/2007.
