Activase side effect was reported by a Physician from THAILAND on Jan 26, 2009. Male patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Activase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, hypotension, septic shock. Activase dosage: 6.5 MG, UNK. Patient died on 01/18/2009.

During the same period patient was treated with ACE INHIBITOR, OXACEPROL, RAMIPRIL, PLAVIX, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, ALLOPURINOL, ESTRIOL, CHININSULFAT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
